WORKOUTS



1.   Push ups and situps
    
Simple- do as many pushups and situps you can do for 5   minutes.
     
No Rest- Try the whole 5 minutes.


2. Jumping Jack- Push ups

Do 25 Jumping jacks- drop right down do 10 pushups.

Repeat this 6 to 10 times.   Try to do it with no rest. If you
need rest, take as little rest time as possible.


3. 5 yard Bear Crawl

Mark of 5 yards. Simple all you do is get down on all fours
and walk 5 yards-jog back repeat this for 5 to 10 minutes.

The Bear Crawl should be done with your hands and bottoms
of feet on the ground.

The Bear Crawl is a total body exercise, you will feel it everywhere.
