Just wanted to say thank you for a great program.  I follow your eating philosophy and love, love, love your circuit workouts.  I lost 4 to 5 lbs in one week.

I had severe injuries from weightlifting and running in the past.  Now, I hardly have any aches and pains.  I feel great after each workout I do from the manual.

At first, I challenge myself to do the circuit for 1 hr.  I can tell you that I was so sore for days and I could feel all my muscles were worked♠. Now my workouts are cut in short from 15 to 30min a day.
